He was predeceased by: his father Richard Phaneuf; and his sibling Lynn Smith. He is survived by: his mother Claudette Labriole (Cabana) of Pawtucket; and his siblings, Mark Phaneuf (Maryellen), Laurel Tanner, Michael Phaneuf (Kimberly) and Marcell Phaneuf (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a great-great nephew.
