He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Waite (Washburn); his children, Angela Waite and Michael Waite Jr. (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Jalina Waite, Layla Bautista and Everly Ferrell; and his siblings, Doreen Walden, Drucella Wheeler, Norma Waite, Deborah Conway, Leslie Waite, Leonard Waite, Walter Waite, Brian Waite and Kim Waite.
