She was predeceased by: her spouse Ildefonso Carrion Rosa; her parents, Guadalupe Hernandez and Victoriana Hernandez (Ruiz); and her siblings, Regalado Hernandez, Guillermina Garcia and Pablo Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Squire and Ronald Carrion (Christy) of Pawtucket; her grandchildren, Brady, Kayleigh Squire, Ryan, Victoria and Aaron Carrion; her sisters, Sandra Almeyda (Gerald) of New City and Dominga Hernandez of Pawtucket; and her siblings-in-law, Anastasia Hernandez of Pawtucket and Pedro Garcia of Pawtucket.
