Guellar Jr. of Brick, NJ and Jamie Lyn Guellar of Pawtucket; her grandchildren, Haylee and Jackson Guellar; and her siblings, Tammy McCarthy of Uxbridge, David of Pawtucket, Michael Campbell of Pawtucket and John Campbell of St. Charles, Missouri..

The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
