He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Cooke of Seekonk, Lori Smith (James) of Pawtucket and Kathryn Levy (Justin) of Seekonk; his grandchildren, Justin (Shannon), Emma, Rylee, Winnie and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Nora and Jack; his close friend Amy Hurst; and his siblings, Marie, Bernadette, Rita and David. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
