We are sad to announce that, on November 11, 2022, at the age of 70, Paul W. O'Toole (Pawtucket, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Toole and Alice O'Toole (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. O'Toole (Lee); his sons, Stephen P. O'Toole (Siobhanna Lane) of Pawtucket and Brian C. O'Toole (Melissa) of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Shyann and Khloe O'Toole.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to St. Luke's Food Ministry would be appreciated.
