Tetreault (Diane), Richard P. Tetreault (Vicki), Denise H. Tetreault and Diane L. Tetreault; and his siblings, Rachel B. Pailthorpe (Joseph), Janine C. LeClair (Ron) and Robert J. Tetreault. He is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
