It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Higgins of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M., Sr. and Barbara A. Higgins (Morrow); and his sister Barbara A. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Debra M. Higgins (Poulin); his daughters, Ashley M. Rogers (Matthew) and Angelique L. Higgins (Brad Croce); his brother John Higgins (Aimee) of Pawtucket; his grandchildren, Oliver, Charlie and Rory Rogers; and his brother-in-law Davey Moore of Blackstone, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, an aunt, uncle and cousins.
