He was predeceased by: his wives, Jacqueline A. Howarth (Charrette) and Joyce L. Howarth (Hawkins); his parents, Albert Howarth and Rita Howarth (Brady); and his siblings, Audrey Russo, Noel Howarth, Albert "Sonny" Howarth, Teresa Greene and Doris Betts.
He is survived by: his children, Robert A. Howarth of Lisbon, David Howarth (Betty) of Cumberland, Jimmy Howarth of North Attleboro, Sharon McKearney (Jeff) of Attleboro, Colleen Medeiros (Joe) of Attleboro, Lynne Casalino (David) of Boiling Springs, Elaine Penney (Ronald) of South Attleboro, Susan Roy (Sean Kell) of North Attleboro, Tom Roy, Jr. (Sheila) of Attleboro and Fred Roy, Sr.; and his siblings, Frederick Howarth (Debbie) and Rosemary Malay. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
