He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian F. Ricci (Fernandes); his parents, James Vincent Ricci Sr. and Florence A. Ricci (Christianson); and his siblings, Evelyn Sousa, Lucille Palmieri, James Ricci, Elizabeth Monti, John Ricci and Florence LaGreca.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Amaral of Riverside; his children, Robert A. Ricci II (Maryanne) of Carlsbad, California, Lucy Ann Garlick (Steven Cooper) of Pawtucket, Joanne Forti (Larry) of Narragansett and David M. Ricci (Mary) of Barrington; and his brother Richard Ricci of North Providence. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Brendan Church (60 Turner Ave, Riverside, RI 02915).
