He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Balthazard (Mennucci); his parents, Bertrand Balthazard and Yvonne Balthazard (Varieur); and his daughter Lynda Lacasse (Dennis). He is survived by: his children, Susan Shaker (John) of Chardon, OH, Steven Balthazard of Seekonk, MA and Sandra Jameson (Kevin) of Pawtucket; his siblings, Robert Balthazard and Yvonne Balthazard of Pawtucket; his grandchildren, James Shaker, Pamela Shaker, Jennifer Arkfeld (Craig), Catherine Walukiewicz (Andrew), Kyle P. Jameson, Rebecca Wolnik (Steven), Steven Shaker (Karilyne), Jamie and Benjamin Lacasse; and his great grandchildren, Alana Walukiewicz, Brooklynn-Rose, Griffin, Presley Arkfeld and Maximus Shaker.
