He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrick Johnson and Exoria Johnson (Mongeau); his daughter Kathleen Barboza (Joseph); and his siblings, Roger Johnson, Floriant Johnson, Ferland Johnson, Rene Johnson, Rita Parent, Germaine Foisy, Cecile Clement and Jeanne Quinn.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Kocima (John), Steven Johnson (Joanne) and David Johnson; his grandchildren, Joseph Barboza (Jessica), Connie Willetts, Christopher Barboza, Michael Kocima (Elisa), Colleen Barboza (Robert Cartwright), Crystal Johnson, Eric Johnson, Gregory Barboza and Keith Barboza; and his great grandchildren, Kathleen Willetts, Hannah Willetts, William Barboza, Steven Clinton, Natalie St. Pierre, Logan Cartwright and Liam Barboza. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
