She is survived by: her children, John Perry (Melanie) of Rehoboth, Deborah MacKay of Pawtucket, Sandra Gauthier (late Mark) of Pawtucket and JoAnn Perry (Nathan Choiniere) of Pawtucket. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
