He was predeceased by: his parent Jose Costa. He is survived by: his spouse Edith Avelino Costa; his parent Anna Costa (Torres); his sons, Roy A. Costa Jr of South Yarmouth, Cumberland Costa of South Yarmouth and Antonio P. Costa (Robin) of South Yarmouth; his grandchildren, Bethany Spillane (Matt), Roy Costa III, Kyla Costa and Antonio Costa Jr; and his wife Gosia.
