With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Grenier of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on October 19, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. Grenier; and her father Gaston Vandal. She is survived by: her mother Eva Vandal (Lapointe); her children, Karen Dugas (Ron) of Cape Cod, Sandra Brown (Richard) of Hope, RI and Robert Szaldak (Linda) of Pawtucket; her stepsons, Stephen Grenier (Cindy), David Grenier (Claudia) and Joseph; her brothers, Robert Vandal (Sandra) of Seekonk and Donald Vandal (Mary) of Attleboro; her grandchildren, Richard Brown, III, Nicholas Brown, Harley Szaldak and Harmony Szaldak; and her great grandchild Xy'Airiah Daijanae Szaldak. She is also survived by her family as the best mom.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Teresa Church (358 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861).
