She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Jenkins and Betty E. Jenkins (Shafer); her brother Berl Leroy Jenkins; and her nephew Joshua Richard Grote. She is survived by: her husband Richard Alan Levitt of Pawtucket; her daughters, Julie Vanessa, Mindy Melissa and Sarah Dawn; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Roy Dunbar Levitt, Kelsae Rhiannon Levitt, Isabelle Rochelle Carroll, Devin Christian Carroll, Gabriel Claude Carroll, Dylan Andrew McIntyre, Jordan Alan McIntyre and Brayden Alexander McIntyre; her sister Fanny Lou Jenkins Grote (Richard); her nephew Daniel Andrew Grote (Kathy); and her great-niece Elizabeth Claire. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
