It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa J. O'Rourke (Pawtucket, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert O'Rourke, Sr.; her parents, Michael Ukleja and Julia Ukleja (Lero); her son Michael O'Rourke; her great grandchild Emilia Gagnon; and her brother John Ukleja.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Provencal of Cumberland, Caryn Paquin (Mike) of Cumberland, Cindy O'Rourke of Cumberland and Robert O'Rourke, Jr. of Pascoag; her sister Joan Lowder (Michael Ukleja, Jr.) of West Warwick; her grandchildren, Courtney Paquin (Daniel Polucha), Stephanie Gagnon (Joshua), Jacob Paquin, Melanie Corley (Sean), Julia Poirier (Paul), Jessica Provencal, Ethan Ellis, Hannah Ellis and Logan Ellis; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Maddox, Wyatt Gagnon, Aiden, Owen Corley, Raeleigh, Oaklyn Polucha, Scarlett Poirier and Ava Provencal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
