He is survived by: his wife Marilyn M. Harvey (Mitchell); his sons, Timothy J. Harvey of Providence and Ryan M. Harvey of Providence; and his brothers, Edward Harvey (Jackie) of Mystic, CT, Fred Harvey (Marissa) of Mystic, CT and Joseph Harvey of Oakdale, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
