He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Sr. Goff and Annie Goff (Chidlow); his wife Ellie (Gravello); his sons, Tommy and Scott; and his siblings, Lydia Ada Goff, Emily Fay Schmidt, William Toney Goff Jr., Fanny Louise Musgraves, John Wesley Goff and Barbara Jean Graham.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin W. Goff (Carol) of Suffield, CT, Karen "Wiss" Andrews (Alan) of East Providence and John Goff (Mary) of Warwick.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bellows Funeral Chapel (160 River Rd, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Church of the Presentation (1081 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904). The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at the Saint Francis Cemetery (163 Smithfield Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
