He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Zuba and Stella Zuba (Kolek). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Zuba (Keenan); his children, Daniel Zuba (Jennifer Zuba) of Cedar Park, Texas and Kerri Kelly (Jonathon Kelly) of Braintree, Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Addison, Emersen and Luke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
