He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard D. Horton and Mildred I. Horton (Parahus); and his sisters, Margaret Leacy and Vivian Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Bernice K. Horton (Fisher); his sons, Willard S. Horton (Deborah) and Timothy J. Horton (Katie); his grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie, Megan and Kimberly; and his siblings, Michael Horton, David Gasper and Kathleen Gross. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
