He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen F. Kostka (Clegg); his parents, Stanley, Sr. Kostka and Lillian "Irene" Kostka (Frechette); and his brother Stanley Kostka, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jared W. Kostka (Jenny) of Rehoboth, Kari-Ann J. Cute (Christopher) of Pawtucket and Kourtney J. Allen (Alexander) of Pawtucket; his grandchildren, Sam, Reese, Jane Kostka, Agnes Cute, Heidi and Elliot Wunschel; and his siblings, Linda Harrington (Timothy) and Stephen Kostka (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
