It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick D. Mooney (Portsmouth, Rhode Island), born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mooney and Frances Mooney (Doyle); his grandson Colin David Mooney; his goddaughter Caitlin Baer; and his nephew Tom Rizzo.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Mooney, Maureen Mooney Howard and Thomas Mooney; his wife Barbara Mooney; his son Patrick Mooney (Erin Herzog); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Mooney (Swansea); his son Mark Mooney (Ronilee Mooney); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Caelinn, Liam, Gianna and Mason. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
