He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Burke Buchanan; and his parents, Paul Curtis Rogers and Ilonka Roberts Rogers. He is survived by: his son John Buchanan Rogers (Rosemary Warnock); and his grandchildren, Burke Roberts Rogers (Annie Laurie Tuttle), Susan Rogers Mitchell (Ian Mitchell), Mikhail Tuttle Rogers, Alexander Tuttle Rogers, Timothy William Mitchell and Caroline Elizabeth Mitchell.
