He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juan Cuellar and Elsa Soto of Cuellar; his children, Juan Carlos Cuellar, Silvio Cuellar and Maria Rene Cuellar; and his brothers, Miguel Cuellar and Edwin Cuellar.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Romano Funeral Home (627 Union Ave, Providence, RI 02909). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (179 Academy Ave, Providence, RI 02908).
