He is survived by: his parents, Ariana Knight of Providence and Jesse Hazard of Providence; his grandparents, Melissa Frost, Anthony Hill and Joanna Hazard; and his siblings, Maison Lee, Julian Ridley, Jaequan Hazard, Jahvon Hazard, Jazlynn Hazard and Amaya Hazard.
