He is survived by: his wife Vivien; his stepchildren, Karim and Leila Azar; his sister Ellen Block; his nieces, Susan Block Casdin and Laurie Block; his nephew Michael Block; his grandchildren, Chloe, Talullah, Kaia and Khalil; and his great-nephews, Kinsey and Blaisdell Casdin.
