He is survived by: his sons, Alexandre Fernandes of Providence and Mario Fernandes of Johnston; his siblings, Albino Fernandes of Montreal and Maria Fidalgo of Elizabeth, NJ; his grandson Aiden Fernandes; his nephew Tony; and his nieces, Sandra, Amy and Tina.
