She was predeceased by: her close friend Ralph Regine; her parents, John O'Neill and Bernadette O'Neill (McKeon); and her sibling Shirley Orrall. She is survived by: her children, Paul Pagnozzi, Lisa Pagnozzi, Gina Valdes, Rhonda Pagnozzi, Marcus Pagnozzi and Nicole Pagnozzi; her grandchildren, Alita Rose Pontin, Marcus Joshwa Bonneberg, Jacob Pagnozzi, D. Michael Valdes, Miranda Lopez, Jason Valdes and Adeyah Grace Pagnozzi; her great grandchild Natalia Maria Lopez; and her siblings, Joan O'Neill, Bernadette Robinson, William O'Neill, Irene O'Neill, Daniel O'Neill, Matthew O'Neill, John Gerald O'Neill, Charles O'Neill, J. Edward O'Neill and Marlene O'Neill.
