He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughter Clare; his grandsons, Jack and Matt; his great grandchildren, Stella and Bonnie; his son Tom (Chang); his grandchildren, Alison, Daniel and Oscar; his great grandchild Rob (Devon); his children, Nobel, Guido Imbens, Wilbert van der Klaauw, Dutchmen, Brown, Orna Intrator, Tiemen Woutersen and Peter Hansen; Emery and Jake.
