He is survived by: his brother Herminio Freitas of North Providence; his children, Judith Parente (Anthony) of Port St, Kimberly Balkcom (David) of East Greenwich, Lori Zegarzewski of Warwick and Anthony Freitas of Billerica, MA.; his close friend Beth Measley; his great grandchildren, Gianna and Ayden; his siblings, Lurdes Festa, Maria Natvidade Arago, Natalia Violante and Amorino J. Freitas; Meghan Colozzo and Hans Measley (Ashley).
