She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard S. Jaffe and Marjorie Jaffe (Dorf). She is survived by: her husband Frederick Levinger; her daughter Stephanie Harvey of Boston; her sisters, Ellen Davis (Robert) and Dr. Susan Jaffe; her grandchildren, Read Harvey, Jemma Harvey and Perlman; Andrew.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906).
