Charleen Hazard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charleen Hazard (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on April 30, 2020 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Hazard and Hezekiah Mc Bride; her stepfather Nathaniel Page; and her brother Rodney Hazard. She is survived by: her daughter Charleen; her grandchildren, Marquese of Providence and Malik Hazard of Providence; her sister Glenda Hazard; her son Willie Keelyn of Providence; her brothers, Michael Hazard of Smithfield, Wayne Burton of Providence, Hezekiah, Jr. of Georgia and Verella; and her cousins, Temple of Pawtucket, Kevin of Providence and Linda Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts.

Services for Charleen are mandated private due to the pandemic.
