He was predeceased by : his spouse Shelly Bliss; his parents, Chester H. Sr. Bliss and Dorothy L. Bliss (Weeden); and his brother Allen Bliss. He is survived by : his children, Chester H. Bliss III, Michael Bliss (Junise), Sheila Bliss King (Reggie), Karen Hazard, Kenneth Bliss (Schae), Kevin Bliss (Stacy), Shelya Bliss Mathias (Jason) and Travis Bliss (Tayarnna); and his brother Otis Bliss. He is also survived by his 50 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
