He is survived by: his wife Augusta Walker (Decou); his children, Robin A. Walker-Thomas and Clarence James Smith; his son-in-law Anthony Thomas; his grandchildren, Rondell, Jacob, Clarence III, Jadai, Chyenne, Donte, Thearrol Jr., Nicole and Tierney; his great grandchildren, Soriya, Layla, Tranae, Thearrol III, Noelani and Zavien; his sisters, Annie and Yvette Wheeler; and his siblings' children, Stephan, Pedro Wheeler and Naydia.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bell Funeral Home, Inc. (571 Broad St, Providence, RI 02907).
