She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur G. Shields and Eva Shields (McKenney); and her son Peter DeLong. She is survived by: her husband Richard DeLong; her daughter Carol Letendre (Robert); her grandsons, Ben Claflin and Eric Claflin (Pamela Larsen); her great grandchild Madeline Claflin; her brother Arthur L. Shields; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn DeLong.
