He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ochoa and Mary Lou Ochoa. He is survived by: his brother David Ochoa (Terri Ochoa); his former wife Julieta Ochoa; his children, Daniel Ochoa, Jr. (Jacqueline Ochoa), Cynthia Romo (Guillermo Romo), Isacc Ochoa, Diana Vigil (Edward Vigil) and Aaron Valenzuela; his grandchildren, Willie Austin Romo, Celeste Romo, Ariana Ochoa, Amelie Ochoa, Juliet Vigil, Noelle Vigil and Dylan Vigil; his niece Ninamarie Ochoa; and his nephew Noah Ochoa.
