He was predeceased by: his sister Melisa Roderick. He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Pieranunzi; his parents, Donald Hazard and Cynthia Roderick; and his siblings, Tonyar Roderick, Nacol Roderick, Jasmine Hazard, Tatyanna Hazard, Joshua Hazard and Tyresse Hazard. He is also survived by three nieces, six nephews, one great-niece, and Kimberly's daughter.
