He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Mae Belt (Moore); his wife Gail Champlain; his children, Edward III, Danielle Antoinette, Patricia Ann Cudjoe (Thomas), Christopher Harold, Nicholas Arthur and Mazel Bernadette; and his siblings, Patricia Mathis (Robert), Francine Haney (Frank), Stacy Lee Hall (Ron), Debbie Champlain and Harold Champlain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
