He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Strycharz (Cady); and his parents, Joseph Strycharz and Aniela Strycharz (Bielaska). He is survived by: his children, Edward J. Strycharz Jr. of Johnston, Christine A. Gibeau of Richmond, Doreen A. Lachance of Johnston and Diane A. McKitchen of Coventry. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
