We bid farewell to Ernest L. DiRocco Jr. of Providence, Rhode Island, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 20, 2025 at the age of 66. Ernest touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. DiRocco, Sr. and Amalia DiRocco (Salvo). He is survived by: his siblings, Edward F. DiRocco, Sr. (Maureen), Thomas M. DiRocco (Darlene) and Marie DiRocco; his siblings' children, Nicholas T. DiRocco (Hannah), Edward F. DiRocco, Jr. (Remy), Jeffrey A. DiRocco and Francesca M. DiRocco; and his great-niece Emma DiRocco.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home (971 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius Church (240 Eaton St, Providence, RI 02908).
