She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Weeden and Alvina Weeden (A'Vant); and her siblings, Herbert A'Vant, Joseph A'Vant, Doris Tatum and Mildred Lord.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond R. Thompson; her children, Leslie R. Thompson of Rumford, RI and Eric B. Thompson of Warren, RI; her grandson Paul R. Thompson of West Warwick; and her cousins, Betty Oliveria and Florence Silva. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
