We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2024, at the age of 76, Frances C. Luminello (Providence, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William J. Luminello Jr.; her parents, Edgar W. Payette Sr. and Anita L. (Paquin); and her brother Edgar W. Payette Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Bruce C. Dexter Jr. (Kristin), Carlton E. Dexter Sr. (Dawn), Denise C. Howard and Michael A. Dexter Sr. (Melissa); her grandchildren, Lisa, Joshua, Jordan, Carlton Jr., Nathan, Michael Jr., Thomas and Lydia; her great grandchildren, Ariel, Braxton and Harvey; her siblings, Dorice I. Hawkins, Elise D. Dilfield, Laurea M. Osborne, Suzanne J. Scheule and Joyce A. Lubeck; and her boyfriend Michael R. Lusher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pontarelli-Marino Home (971 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 9:45 AM at the St. Philip Parish (622 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828).
