She was predeceased by: her husband Carmelo D'Anzi; her parents, Angelo Cucinotta and Grazia Cucinotta (Fama); and her siblings, Vincenza Isgro, Antonino Cucinotta and Jospeh Cucinotta.
She is survived by: her children, Robert D'Anzi and Pina D'Anzi; her grandson Pietro Bonanno; and her sisters, Maria Coppa and Domenica "Mimma" Zirilli.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home (200 Hawkins St, Providence, RI 02904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the A. A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home (200 Hawkins St, Providence, RI 02904). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Ann Church (280 Hawkins St, Providence, RI 02904).
