She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Sr. Costa and Anna Costa (Lopes); her husband Frank "Lefty" Costa Jr.; and her brother William H. Costa. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna L. Gonsalves and Cheryl A. Benjamin; her grandsons, Jason K. Lyons, John R. Benjamin III and Joseph M. Benjamin; her great grandchild Ava J. Benjamin; her sister Carole A. Motta; her son-in-law John R. Benjamin Jr.; Joseph Costa and Corinne Carroll.
