She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Donnelly, Sr. and Theresa A. Donnelly (Fay) of Providence; and her siblings, Mildred Indorf (Donnelly), John F. Donnelly, Jr. and Richard F. Donnelly. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
