He is survived by: his wife Lisa Harrington Carter; his children, Travis Carter (Eileen) of Hebron, CT, Kurtis Carter, Alexis Behr (Chris) of St. Louis, MO and Davis Carter; his granddaughters, Olivia, Sienna, Violet and Daisy; and his sister Darla Trimble (Bill) of Marana, AZ. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, and their children.
Together, Gregg and Lisa advocated for social reform and change, including ending the homelessness pandemic in Rhode Island.
