It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene M. O'Hern (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. "Jackie" O'Hern; her parents, George Cavanaugh and Viola Cavanaugh (Cragin); and her siblings, William, Joseph, Norman, George, Donald, Doris Cavanaugh, Gertrude Ferry and June Sousa.
She is survived by: her sons, John J. O'Hern (Wanda Libutti) and Ronald P. O'Hern (Kristine); her grandchildren, Destiny, Jamie, Justin (Amanda) and John O'Hern (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Paul, Abigail, Jason, Justin, Hannah and Jadis.
