He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hall and Inez Hall (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Hall (Pray); his children, Cynthia Kiessling of East Providence, Mark Hall of Seekonk, Elizabeth Chesser of Hanover Park, IL. and Melissa Oliver of Pawtucket; his siblings, Robert Hall of Altoona, PA, Joseph Hall of Gambrills, MD and Russell Hall of Ft. Myers, FL.; and his pets, Kit and Smudge. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
