He was predeceased by: his parents, Debra Lee Monahan (Simons) and Lawrence Monahan; his grandparents, Joan Simons and Jack Simons; and his uncle Peter Bucchanio.
He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Patricia "Tish" Bucchanio (Simons), Jennifer Simons, Gayle Simons, Jay Simons, Pat Simons and Billy Simons; and his cousins, Tasha Bucchanio, Toni Bucchanio-Johnson, Taylor Bucchanio, Samantha Moore, Tim Nicholson, Connor Simons, Logan Simons, Cassidy Simons and Shaun Simons.
